Install WordPress manually in cPanel:
Are you installing WordPress in localhost? It’s the same to install wordPress in cPanel manually. The Difference is that cPanel needs to create a database user. We can install WordPress in cPanel using the cPanel file manager.
Just follow the step:
Download the WordPress file from here.
Log in to your cPanel. And click “File Manager” in the file section.
Go to your domain folder.
Upload WordPress zip file.
When completed you uploaded. Now extract the ZIP file.
Then delete your ZIP file.
You can see a folder was created named “WordPress”. Go to the folder and click select all and click move on top on this page. Then open a popup box, give your location (Just remove WordPress name) and click the move button.
When completed WordPress file moving. Then delete the empty WordPress folder. Now visit your domain. You can see the WordPress installer in the open.
Go ahead and click Continue.
Now you need to create a database from cPanel. Click “MySQL® Databases” in the database section. Create your new database. And create new users or You can add existing users.
And fill the form. Remember the database name must be with the prefix.
Click submit. If your information was right the WordPress was installed on your server.
